I recently hosted a destination birthday celebration for my sister in Las Vegas. One of our events was a brunch where I combined typical American breakfast foods with Nigerian-styled breakfast foods. This was a faith walk for me! Because again this was a destination event - and I am not an expert on Nigerian cuisine. But What a success it was! Ike, the proprietor, really delivered. There was silence at the table as people ate - I literally had to slip away and quietly call him to express my gratitude for preparing a flawless meal. So this is my first time trying Nigerian food and let me just say I am shocked on how delicious and flavorful it was. We ordered this twice this week it's just so much flavor on your tongue . The customer service was amazing told him this was my first time and then second time ordering he remembered me. I will continue to try everything on the menu super excited for the other dishes. I will be definitely be sending friends and family your way thank you. First time ordering: Fufu Egusi soup Okra soup Second time ordering: 2 fufu Okra sou (had to get it again I love okra!) Banga soup Combo jerk chicken, plantains, and Jollof rice (not on the menu but be sure to ask them for this combo)
